Every invoice exists as structured UBL (EN 16931 standard), the format accounting software ingests directly. The PDF is for the eyes, the UBL for the machine.

The real state of the books, all year round

No more waiting for the quarter: your accountant sees the books as they are, with the VAT rate locked on every invoice and the receipts attached to the expenses.

A clean package, scoped to the period

The accounting package gathers UBL, PDFs, expenses as CSV and receipts for the requested period — nothing more, nothing less, with the document count declared.

Less back-and-forth, lower fees

The “I'm missing this document” questions disappear: everything is in one place, dated and complete. Your accountant's time goes into advice, not collection.

How it works

    You invite your accountant

    From your settings, you enter their email address. They receive a signed invitation, valid for 30 days, to create their access.

  2. 2

    They view, read-only

    Their access allows no changes — read-only is enforced by the server, not just by the interface. You see their login history and can cut off access at any time.

  3. 3

    They export what they need

    Accounting package for the period, UBL invoices, CSV expenses: they help themselves, whenever they need it, without involving you.

Security and control

  • Signed, time-limited invitation (30 days) — no permanent link lying around in a mailbox.
  • Read-only enforced server-side: any write attempt is refused, whatever tool is used.
  • A log of your accountant's logins, visible in your settings; one-click revocation.
  • Hosted in the European Union, encrypted connections, data never sold.
